After coming second in the Aotearoa Bike Challenge the past two years, Team Kōwhai have finally held onto our lead and secured our very first workplace challenge win!

Our February Ride Stats

  • 🚲 1,449 km biked
  • 🚲 262 kg of CO₂ emissions saved

Why It Matters

We are so proud of our own efforts, but also excited to see so many workplaces getting involved in this fantastic event. This year alone:

  • 17,971 riders participated
  • 2,700 workplaces joined in
  • A total of 3,499,837 km were travelled in just 28 days!
Riding bikes isn’t just about the challenge – it’s about sustainability, health, and having fun together as a team.
